I am constantly asked if I have worked with various different devlopment frameworks.

Having worked in the industry for over 15 years, I have worked with almost every framework, several times,, including:

• Agile

• XP/Lean

• Waterfall
  
  While most of my past projects have been some sort of Agile, or what I sometimes call Fragile, because a lot of organizations talk that they are some sort of Agile, but are only partially Agile. Each has its pros and cons and I enjoy working in each. Primarily, which development framework a project is using doesn’t matter to me, it really matters if there is true collaboration with Product and Engineering.
